Given an box, with no OS installed, what would be the simplest/easiest way for
a non-expert user to know whether it is 32 bits or 64 bits ?

2. live-usb/live-cd:

Try booting it into its BIOS display and see if there are any hints
there as to whether it's 64 or 32 bits, maybe?
