Hello,

Using Firfox with my new ISP has been a problem for the past year or so.
I'm still able to pay my phone bill using Konqueror (same ISP) but I
cannot view some video content with either Firefox or Konqueror. A
Google search shows that Bigpond supports Explorer exclusively. The
problem shows as a spinning star-like object that never stops. Can
anyone offer a solution?

By the way, Internet Explorer works flawlessly but I'd rather use Linux.

1. do you have Flash installed?

2. Right-click on the video. If the menu contain "HTML5", select the
bottom item and you'll get connected to Adobe which has hi-jacked your
video. There's a link on that page to turn off HTML5 testing and back to
Flash.

Thanks Sean and Pierre.

The latest flash is installed and right clicking doesn't show anything
about HTML5. Nothing happens except for a spinning star-like object than
continues to spin indefinitely.

I've given up on this for now, I'll just have to use Explorer whenever I
need to on the Bigpond site.
